Led the creative idea conception and structured the communication strategy of Haute Couture Customisation Activations, in 19 key cities globally generating; +4% of Sales and +18% of FF increase comp to LY. The campaign was denominating hate received through Social Media, so we invited our customers by purchase to customize their garment with whichever "hate" word they chose. For the first time an internal tutorial video was also created, so that our salesforce were fully aware on how to proceed with the customisation of each garment in store.
