Hairshare was in-house project worked on during my time at BY Creative. For this project, I was the lead designer and coordinator of the design and development team that undertook the project. There was an already existing phase 1 of the website build and design prior to me working with the company, however, my initial responsibility was conceptualising designs to be approved by the senior designer.
Down the line, I was given the task of ensuring deadlines and tasks were being assigned and met accordingly. This had to be efficiently as we had to coordinate with the design team in the Phillippines futhering my abilities in project coordination as I had to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high-quality standards.
