Haribo had a very corporate voice that wasn’t helping grow its Facebook community. By investing money into content and giving the brand a voice which made it look fun, quirky and interesting I organically doubled the number of Fans (from 80,000 to over 160,000) in 4 months while keeping engagement rates high. The strategy I helped put together is still used today. I used a similar style of content during my time at Marmite and Pot Noodle.
