Harriet Horton is a London based artist, specialising in ethically sourced taxidermy. Tired of the traditional presentation of taxidermy, her work lends the ancient art a surreal and contemporary pop twist. In November 2019, Horton was part of a collaborative event with Chef Jackson Boxer at Fortnum & Masons. She exhibited an installation of her sustainable collection alongside a tailored menu for attendees. I worked with her at this time to develop and refine her visual identity, drawing on her gothic influences to create a clean and contemporary visual style – extending out to her social media, website and online shop.
