Client: Harrods Whilst at PinkSquid we created five employee values based on research sessions from employees. These values we created are the behaviours and ways of working that we felt were of the most importance to Harrods. We then used these values to illustrate how people working at Harrods should be with each other, with customers, with suppliers and other stakeholders. Our main focus was to showcase the real people of Harrods. We created all the collateral for the launch, including in-depth guides for leadership roles, managers and employees, using the real experiences and stories from Harrods workers, accompanied by engaging people photography all wrapped up in Harrods famous branding.
