Herbarium Salutem - or Botanical Wellbeing - is comprised of true accounts, experiences, advice and emotions of individuals who have, or still are, experiencing mental health problems. Made for a collaborative workshop and space, the video acts as a prompt to sway the topic of conversation as the audience participated in the activity of planting seeds and chatting.
Through sharing experiences and situations, I expect viewers may be able to relate to aspects of the spoken word. The video intends to encourage those with undiagnosed or unrecognised mental health problems to speak out about their health and well being as a starting point for getting the help and support that they may need.
