HeyBigMan! designs the brochure for the launch event of Mayor of London's new culture and education scheme, East Bank in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
You may have seen seen in the news these past couple of days that Sadiq Khan has launched the amazing new culture and education scheme, East Bank, which is coming to HeyBigMan's neighbourhood in nearby Queen Elizabeth Olympic park.
We are proud to say that HeyBigMan designed the brochure for the launch event, which was handed to the Mayor, and 200 assembled press, ministers and other VIPs.
East Bank will see the coming together of four world famous cultural institutions - The V&A, Sadlers Wells, Smithsonian and the BBC will be building state of the art facilities for BBC Symphony Orchestra and Chorus. The huge project will also see two universities become neighbours of ours London College of Fashion and UCL.
East Bank will become a new global hub for culture and creativity and is expected to attract an additional 1.5m visitors every year to East London.
It was a pleasure to work with Angie and Laia from Mayor of London Culture & Creative Industries Department, and Mark from london Legacy to deliver this piece of work.
