At HighTide as the Marketing & Communications Manager, I strategised and executed full marketing campaigns for productions and festivals, across London, Edinburgh and Suffolk. My key responsibilities included managing budgets and box office target forecasting, as well as overseeing collateral (digital and print) production including design, image creation and video editing. I managed the paid and organic social media channels across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, and was the liaison for content production including managing external designers, photographers and videographers and PR agencies. I was responsible for the Box Office system & CRM (Spektrix), which included building events, generating reports, and developing insights from data. My campaign based contract finished with producing large reports on both festivals, pulling information from Google Analytics, social media reporting & channel tracking, in a presentable format to executive management, then on to the board.
