As part of a brief set by university, a marketing strategy and communication plan was developed for the premium chocolatier brand Hotel Chocolat to optimise its global potential within the USA. Giving consideration to the challenges and opportunities faced upon launch, a strategy was devised on the best route to market from the UK-USA.
