I Really Want To Look Good Naked, But I Really Don't Want To Exercise is a brutally reductive how-to guide I wrote in 2018.
Everyone wants to look good naked.
But, sadly, the same can't be said for exercise.
I challenged myself to write a book about keeping fit and building a respectable body in no-more than 5-minutes a day.

The book details how to:
-build a semi-respectable body and a healthy cardio-vascular system
-in no-more than 5-minutes a day
-from home
-with a maximum of £10 of equipment
