IKEA Festival 2022 x TikTok

My team were tasked with delivering a complex, multi-market and strategic TikTok campaign, centred around celebrating creativity and mental well-being at home. As project manager, I was responsible for overseeing the project briefing, translations, content production, logistics, client comms, financial reporting and managing a 6-figure budget across 16 territories and 20+ client stakeholders.

OBJECTIVE

To drive consideration for the IKEA brand amongst Gen-Z on TikTok as part of IKEA Festival, solving some of life’s bigger and smaller problems on a budget. 

APPROACH
