ILẸ WA

Curated by WEARESOUL, “ILẸ WA”, a Yoruba phase that translates to ‘Our Land’ is a project in support of the Soul Purpose campaign that celebrates the creativity and connection between African and Caribbean culture. I am one of 41 artists involved in the project ILẸ WA transcends a book, a film or a phrase; it binds us. It is to inspire all of us to continue to uplift our community, our culture and to evoke joy, creativity and free expression. This, for our people and our land.
