A brand-led eCommerce CRM experience to help T&A tell the story of form, function and fashion. We wanted to create a memorable product browsing experience that took the current CRM journey from functional to inspirational and engaging whilst also redefining Turnbull & Asser’s content for a new generation of mobile users. Each product email from T&A begins and ends with a full screen lifestyle image and part of the T&A product story. Submerging shoppers into the collection. Through scroll, additional product images are shown on and off the model, allowing us to tell an emotionally resonating yet informative story about the garment.
