InDecode is a global developer outreach initiative by InMobi, a Technology Unicorn and one of the biggest mobile advertising businesses in the world.
As Head of Marketing for Europe, I was responsible for implementing the program in major European cities.
Over the course of Q4 2015, I strategized and planned developer outreach events in the following 7 cities: London, Paris, Berlin, Helsinki, Stockholm, Riga, and Tallin.
Events involved a co-sponsor in each city. Co-sponsors included from devloper groups, such as IDGA in Helsinki and Tallin, ad-tech companies such as Priori Data in Berlin, or conference organizers such as Games Connection in Paris.

Every event involved two components - education and networking. Each event would invite at least one (but often many) speakers or paneles to deliver a presentation on a current topic of interest for developers. Drinks and snacks were provided after so that attendess could meet and network afterwards.
The results were impressive. Lead generation for InMobi's advertising business increased 400% following the implementation.
