Lourdes Lopez has taken the Miami City Ballet under her wing, giving it a twist and a new style when it comes to performances such as The Nutcracker. I interviewed her in her office, located in Miami Beach and she told me a bit about herself, the changes going on internally within the ballet and what people can expect to find from a performance directed by her.
