Interior Design

This project was about re inventing the rave scene. Usually such events are associated with drugs, so I wanted to create a drug free environment, where the effects of drugs could be experienced through the interior design of each room. I have done extensive research about such effects and what is felt through each drug. Needless so say, I do not have a stance on it. People are free to do whatever they feel like. However, this is a different take on the rave scene. For example, I created a room called the 'Melancholic Room,' where through the colours and textures people would feel safe to express any emotions they were feeling at that time. Calming colours of blue, and a water ripple effect on the ceiling and floor would create such a feeling.
