Issue Four of Intern is all about creative career paths - and I am unbelievably proud to see my work published within it. My article, titled 'Super School', discusses Milan's Domus Academy - a design and fashion school with an edge (in this case, a 'Metaphysical Club' founded by the academy's Creative Director, Gianluigi Ricuperati). With questions being raised about the Academy's fees (€16,990 per year, no less), my task was to find out what it is that makes the Metaphysical Club so special. Sure students may be able to benefit from the odd lecture from Jefferson Hack (Dazed Group) and Patricia Urquiola (architect and designer), but when students are already facing extortionate fees in exchange for arguably very little here in the UK, why should they assume that Domus Academy is any different?
