Branding, wayfinding and signage package for the redevelopment of Islington Council’s Customer Centre. Working with management, staff and customers in a series of workshops, to develop a simple and intuitive navigation system. Also collaborating with a local disability action group, to help develop an accessible to all look and feel of the graphics. The space was divided into four zones, each with its own colour. Each zone featured repeated floor markings and signage, to depict how each specific area was to be used. For example, some of these features are waiting areas, self service terminals and an interview room number system. Work completed at Studio TILT.
