Jaguar Land Rover Integrated Recruitment Campaign

Jaguar Land Rover are going through a period of extraordinary growth. With an ever increasing demand for their luxury vehicles all across the world. To keep up with this demand the workforce had to keep up all across the organisation. The recruitment campaign had to attract people right across the whole spectrum from Engineers, Designers, Procurement specialists, HR, Marketing etc. The Big idea was to tell the story of global growth through the vehicles themselves.

We found an artist who created pieces of art with remote control cars. We commissioned the artist to paint a ‘hero’ image of the world to convey the main message of global growth and another 3 images of Shanghai, Moscow, and Rio de Janeiro. These images were captured on film and the images were used in press and digital executions.
The campaign was very successful, gaining great PR coverage on ‘Daybreak’ and ‘The One Show’ TV shows. It also has won many awards in the recruitment industry.
