An established fine jewellery brand, Jo Hayes Ward is known for her signature metamorphic jewellery, formed of multiple elements and textures. Jo Hayes Ward has exhibited with the British Fashion Council’s Rock Vault and has her work in the permanent collections of The Crafts Council, The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths and the Alice and Louis Koch collection in Switzerland. Growing the brand organically for the last 15 years, Jo Hayes Ward approached Studio Luxmore to assist in developing her brand’s reputation further.

Challenge
The objective was to better position the brand in the fine jewellery market, introducing the brand to new collectors and retail buyers in the luxury sector. Jo Hayes Ward also wanted to have a stronger social media presence, with advice about how to manage it internally. The client was also keen to increase the brand’s press coverage.
Solution
As an established business, Studio Luxmore began by conducting an audit of all of Jo Hayes Ward’s touchpoints, identifying areas for improvements. Studio Luxmore developed a Brand Strategy for the client, enabling a better connection with their target audience and buyers. We worked with the client to develop a new look & feel, providing advice on the colour palette, photography style and assisting with photoshoots. The client was keen to undertake their own social media activities. To guide them in communicating the brand, Studio Luxmore developed a Social Media Strategy and provided hands on advice while they developed confidence. Studio Luxmore continues to provide copywriting, campaign and press activities on an ad hoc basis.
