In order to get the attention of international buyers, we wanted to create a disruptive invitation to the launch of the first Karen Millen footwear collection under new stewardship at Pentland Brands. We created personalised, hand-sown and hand-printed invitations that invitees had to "break into" with a pair of embroidery scissors - celebrating Karen Millen's heritage in atelier tailoring, and making the invitation instantly engaging.
