In 2018 I was responsible for creating a new brand story and website copy for a Hong Kong-based logistics technology company. My duties included wireframing, customer-learning, and copywriting to appeal to a target market of B2B and B2C retailers. I used the 'job to be done' framework to identify customer needs and turned my findings into a clear and compelling narrative with calls to action that drove business growth. In addition, I have written pitch decks, business plans, and a Knowledge Base.
