Kill The Robot

As part of my Principles of Digital Media unit at London Metropolitan, I was required to create a blog/website which accompanied the essay assessement. The essay question I chose was a reflection on the relationship between science fiction and technological development. The other half of the assessment was to create a blog, which explored similar themes to the essay, written in the style of a web blog, as opposed to an academic style. The form of my blog, which was made up of 5 separate, 400 word (approx) blogposts, examined ideas of surveillance, privacy, labour rights and ethics, through the lens of individual case studies on controversial people, companies and business practices.
