knead peace project
Andrew Green founded the Knead Peace Project inspired by Anna Makievska and The Bakehouse, Kyiv. They baked day and night to support people throughout the Ukrainian conflict. Andrew decided to create 'Knead Peace' - a very special baking recipe book in support of Ukraine. The recipes have been donated by masterful chefs and bakers including The River Café and Yotam Ottolenghi.
