La Siranda Casa-Hotel

This project consisted of setting up and running a small luxury hotel in the town of Pátzcuaro, Mexico. I managed the project from building restoration stage, decoration and business set up through to selecting service providers and personnel and work procedures. I also created the logo and brand image, the content for the website, printed material, and all branded content. Once the business was up and running my tasks included daily management tasks, personnel management, budgets, events, as well as business development, PR, and press.
