- Professional cycling in the Middle EastHired as Project Manager by Paumer Sport Ltd. to transform their delivery processes with key partners in order to improve the quality of their events as well as create a new brand identity and revamp their printed material and improve audience engagement. Worked mainly on Tour of Qatar, Ladies Tour of Qatar and Tour of Oman, as well as the 2016 UCI Road World Championships in Doha.
- La Siranda Casa-HotelThis project consisted of setting up and running a small luxury hotel in the town of Pátzcuaro, Mexico. I managed the project from building restoration stage, decoration and business set up through to selecting service providers and personnel and work procedures. I also created the logo and brand image, the content for the website, printed material, and all branded content. Once the business was up and running my tasks included daily management tasks, personnel management, budgets, events, as well as business development, PR, and press.
