The idea was to create and come up with a campaign and idea for employee engagement within the business. We created a new visual language that would be identifiable for all employees. This could be seen as a consistent design language across all communications channels and included a custom cut of Helvetica especially for Laing O'Rourke. This is where the concept of 'OPEN' was born.

The Final Product We developed an Online Portal that would support employees for their first 90 days of joining the company. From setting objectives and milestones, to a calendar, key contacts and information about team members - the portal would become a one-stop shop for everything they needed to support their journey.
