Our quest was to analyze trends & retail metrics and rebrand Lambert’s online platform as well as updating their suggested brands & services. Initially we defined the brand's and its clients' id and conducted a lengthy, in depth research on all fields of activity of the company: buyer's services, brands mix, online and offline retail trends and innovations. To solidify our finds, we consulted buyers who gave us valuable input and confirmed our approach. To deliver our brief, we proposed areas of improvement based on current trends and demand, focused mainly on the company's digital presence; we presented a fully revamped website proposal suggesting solutions on UI/UX , as well as a mobile app aiming to aid their clients even further. The company adopted points of our proposal, relaunching their website and boosting their brand image.
