About me
I am a concept and narrative creator with years of multidisciplinary experience in creative business strategies; I research, write, ideate, manage, and implement projects that make an impact and create longterm value. From ideation to execution, I design and deliver complex projects, utilising all my micro and macro skills. My niche is equal parts creative and managerial; my creative compass points to omnichannel alignment and socio-centric CSR. My broad experience has been a preparatory canvas for my professional development; by being entrepreneurially active for the past 15 years, I have developed numerous abilities and promoted a thriving, multidimensional, sustainable career. I am able to conceive, research, develop and market ideas as well as work concurrently on various, either short-term or long-term, projects. By utilising dialectical analysis and intellectual autonomy, I have evolved into an adaptable, broadminded decision maker who can study, understand and foresee behaviours and trends. Apart from those much-needed technical skills, what really distinguishes me in how I treat life and business, are my human leadership qualities. One of the greatest challenges for me is inspiring people to work with me instead of for me; observing and understanding community and work groups' dynamics, made me soon realise that, to contribute to the maintenance of a prosperous community of any kind, it is vital to interact with people respecting their cultural heritage and existential uniqueness. A business's prosperity is not only achieved through numbers and sales; the functional basis, upon which any business can thrive, is fabricated by the valuable threads of the personal and social growth of all parties involved. This is why it is crucial to award responsibilities according to not only technical, but ethical attributes as well. As a motto, I always keep in mind: soft skills over hard skills, people above everything.
