Landed the story

A short fashion film for House of Bilimoria. The director Shipla wanted a video that conveys ideas of heritage, family, connection and displacement. The film was shot during a photoshoot for her new collection, intercuting these shots with old photographs. The film recreates intimate moments, demonstrating the link between fabric, memory and emotion. The music was created by a friend of Shilpa to help create a dreamy nostalgic mood.
