LCCA Guest Photographer

In February 2023, I was invited by the Course Director for the BA Fashion, Media and Promotion degree at LCCA to run some photography sessions to help the students use photography to express their values, identity and personality through a combination of styling and photographic techniques. Over several weeks we covered subjects such as how composition, lighting and photographic technique can help communicate ideas and create moods, and how the values of fashion publications influence the photography, which led to practical sessions full of experimentation before the students created their final images. I also ran mock studio sessions along with stylists, models and makeup artists, showing what a day in the life of a busy studio can look like.
