Leading Enterprise Platform for Franchise Management

Kalon Kosmos is a large scale proprietary platform, designed, and developed for large companies/franchises in the US, EU, and Canada which have more than 50,000 subsidiaries (e.g., McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Arby’s, and KFC). The platform would help high-ranking executives (CEO, COO, CIO) and business owners manage and closely supervise activity and progress in their company but also give recommendations based of custom indicators and how to act on these. I was tasked with collaborating with the UX department to extend the visual language, build up, and design the full user interface for this platform.
