Modern, but at the same time traditional, this leisure home is located on a large lot in Kakinac, near Bjelovar, in a quiet street, away from the city clamour. It is a spacious one-storey house, the living room of which opens to green meadows and woods in the distance, which distinguishes this house not only by peace-instilling and green environment but also by a stunning view. For the same reason, the entire east façade is dominated by large glass walls which, during warm days, are opened to the outer terrace, enabling in such a way quality communication with the nature and use of the garden all year around. Although modern in design, the house easily fits into the ambience of the village with its complex pitched roofing and wooden lining.
