About me
In a decade-long professional career as an architect, I had the possibility to explore various fields of architecture and design through commercial, residential and mix-use projects, from the initial stage to it's implementation. In designing a project, I try to incorporate the investor’s desires and needs and integrate them with the architectural rules and my long-term experience in designing buildings for various purposes, create added value for the client and leave a positive imprint in the space.

LEISURE HOME PModern, but at the same time traditional, this leisure home is located on a large lot in Kakinac, near Bjelovar, in a quiet street, away from the city clamour. It is a spacious one-storey house, the living room of which opens to green meadows and woods in the distance, which distinguishes this house not only by peace-instilling and green environment but also by a stunning view. For the same reason, the entire east façade is dominated by large glass walls which, during warm days, are opened to th
  • LEISURE HOME B
LEISURE HOME BThis leisure home is situated in the green hinterlands of the town of Crikvenica, in Blaškovići, on a relatively small lot delimited by a dry stone wall. The task has been to design a house as a vacation property for accommodation of tourists in a modern architectural style, with clean cut lines and simple surfaces and with the use of local stone in the part of the facade which evokes traditional construction typical for the coastal area. Consequently, the ground floor has been clad with grey stone and functions as a solid base in contrast to the white volume of the upper floor. The interior space has been functionally organized in the manner that the ground floor contains the entrance hall, bathroom, living room, kitchen with the dining room and a storage room which is accessed from the outside, while the upper floor contains the bedroom tract consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the pertaining terrace. The ground floor is “L”-shaped and wrapped around the pool with large glass walls of the dining room and the living room. The volume of the 1st floor has an elongated rectangular plan with cantilevered sections above the ground floor so as to ensure shade for the living room and the terrace below. The main design feature of the 1st floor is a loggia with a south-west orientation which can be accessed from the bedrooms. The harmony of the courtyard elements and the contemporary design of the house has been accomplished by using autochthonous Mediterranean vegetation providing the guests of the house with a comprehensive and authentic Mediterranean feeling with a drop of unpretentious luxury.
