'Light Therapy'

  • Megan Thomas
The final exhibition: atmospheric spherical lights produced by reworking melted wax in circular moulds. The spheres manipulate light and colour to project a theraputic aura; inspired by SAD lighting. This project focuses on the 'here and now', whereby the circumstances of a space can alter ones outlook. Whilst the lighting aims to aesthetically please, this projects acts as a foundation for future experimentation for using atmospheric manipulation as a means of psychological therapy via design.
