Limejump are a technology driven utility company that help businesses and small scale generators of renewable energy. The main complaints the had from customers, is that even when they go through their whole website (that acts as their sales tool for their customer portal) customers still didn’t understand what Limejump does, and also what they can do for businesses.
Our goal was to address the tone of voice for the new website so the information was clear for the customer and they understood what Limejump does and the benefits it could offer their business, which would increase lead generation.
We restructured the new website to empower the customer and help them find the benefits of Limejump clearly and worked with stakeholders to create a new tone of voice through design workshops and an education tool to help the user understand Limejumps’ offering.
After a series of user tests we discovered the information and benefits were much clearer to the user. The stakeholders were impressed with the new direction and will be implementing a host of our recommendations for the new site.
