- Jaguar WebsiteI came into this project once discovery and visual designs were still being iterated – however there was still plenty of work to be done as the visual design still needed to be populated with live content and also localised for the first market (UK) release. As the lead of the design team (directed by my CD) my key responsibilities were to manage the design team, asset sourcing, collaborating with copywriters to build the narrative and working with developers to iterate the various components of the site ready for launch.
- Lipservice WebsiteToad London we’re looking for a designer experienced in designing responsive websites, to complete the design of a site for a small voiceover agency. I came on board at the early design stage that needed a complete focus on UI with recommendations for the main functionality of the site which allowed users to shortlists artists and share amongst their colleagues. The Creative Director and client were enthusiastic to my ideas, which we’re taken up through to the live site as well as many other recommendations of user interfaces and site navigation.
- LimejumpLimejump are a technology driven utility company that help businesses and small scale generators of renewable energy. The main complaints the had from customers, is that even when they go through their whole website (that acts as their sales tool for their customer portal) customers still didn’t understand what Limejump does, and also what they can do for businesses. Our goal was to address the tone of voice for the new website so the information was clear for the customer and they understood what Limejump does and the benefits it could offer their business, which would increase lead generation. We restructured the new website to empower the customer and help them find the benefits of Limejump clearly and worked with stakeholders to create a new tone of voice through design workshops and an education tool to help the user understand Limejumps’ offering. After a series of user tests we discovered the information and benefits were much clearer to the user. The stakeholders were impressed with the new direction and will be implementing a host of our recommendations for the new site.
