Advertising Exhibitions was founded in May 2012 whose aim it is to provide a platform for emerging artistic talent. It was founded as a mutually beneficial initiative for aspiring creatives the world over.
The exhibition itself focused on the ‘practice and process’ of an idea. The hope was to reconceptualise the artworks by exhibiting them in relation to works of varying practices, therefore creating a new narrative with one another – drawing a line between them. With over 30 artists on show from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines, the exhibition seeked to include each and every one, showcasing photography, sculpture, illustrations, graphic design, fine art, crafts and installations.
All proceeds from the exhibition will be donated to The Prince’s Trust for Children and the Arts, in support of their ongoing work to engage disadvantaged children nationwide, ensuring they are inspired by the arts.
