- And FlowersAnd Flowers is your local florist offering affordable flowers and more. Our concept is to offer the customer the chance to choose their own bunch of flowers, individually picking stems they like, away from traditional floristry methods and putting the power of knowledge into their hands with a bit of education on the side. Learning about the flowers themselves as well as some care tips. Our first venture in October 2016 was alongside Albion where we popped up across 3 of their locations for the weekend. Their bustling cafe/shop environment gave us the perfect backdrop to incorporate flowers into the everyday and learn how and what the public truly want and love about flowers. Our aim is to expand in the summer of 2017, offering a space where not only you can buy your daily flowers but sip your morning coffee, buy your daily bread and relax. Alongside this, we want to celebrate flowers alongside the everyday by colloborating this with music, art, culture and lifestyle and flowers.
- Lines 2013Advertising Exhibitions was founded in May 2012 whose aim it is to provide a platform for emerging artistic talent. It was founded as a mutually beneficial initiative for aspiring creatives the world over. The exhibition itself focused on the ‘practice and process’ of an idea. The hope was to reconceptualise the artworks by exhibiting them in relation to works of varying practices, therefore creating a new narrative with one another – drawing a line between them. With over 30 artists on show from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines, the exhibition seeked to include each and every one, showcasing photography, sculpture, illustrations, graphic design, fine art, crafts and installations. All proceeds from the exhibition will be donated to The Prince’s Trust for Children and the Arts, in support of their ongoing work to engage disadvantaged children nationwide, ensuring they are inspired by the arts.
