LLK Property | Brand Identity

I assisted LLK with designing and developing their brand identity from the ground up to showcase their services and projects. Based on the south coast of the UK, LLK Property is a finance and investment company specialising in residential development and short term asset-based lending. I completed a lot of research around other competitors to understand what worked well and if it could be incorporated into this brand. I wanted an identity that was bold, strong, serious and approachable. Moreover I wanted to give a subtle nod to their sister company ‘Colmar Construction’, which includes an orange triangle within the logo, hence the decision to use an orange accent colour. Originally LLK wanted a black and white logo, however after a discussion with the client, they agreed the accent would make the brand more recognisable and memorable. This was a project I worked on while I interned at UNBXD STUDIOS LTD.
