London City Island is a new property development located on the Leamouth Peninsula, next to the East End major business district Canary Wharf. It stands out with its artistic and creative London connections. The Island is part of a huge regeneration scheme which will see English National Ballet move to the site in 2019. The London Film School is also set to acquire a site on the island.
Within the main building the residents have access to a clubhouse, a grocer's shop and a restaurant. The interior team wishes to provide an inspiring environment and appointed Maguelone in March 2016 to curate a fine art collection to dress the space.
Following the contemporary character and the strong structural lines of the site, the exhibit gathers a selection of paintings, collage and sculptural works.
