Company, Place established and led the London Craft Week Partnership for Coal Drops Yard. For the first time, the site presented a packed programme of workshops, installations and experiences covering the spectrum of making and materials from the truly traditional to the exuberantly innovative. Part of the proceedings included two public realm commissions, both with the natural dye theme; STORE store produced a series of five public dyeing workshops, run by some of the most exciting designers working in the UK. Participants have the opportunity to learn a range of natural dyeing techniques before dyeing their very own garment or accessory to take away with them. Workshops were free and open to the general public. BUAISOU designed and produced a handmade and dyed flag installation for Lower Stable Street. Located in Tokushima Prefecture, an area of Japan known for producing Awa indigo, BUAISOU does everything from indigo cultivation and creating dye to designing and making beautiful products. As part of this series, the BUAISOU team will be onsite for 4 days of indigo dyeing workshops. Company: @storeprojects @buaisou_i @kiosk_n1c @beams_and_co Place: @coaldropsyard @londoncraftweek
