As part of my work at ENA, I get involved with the end to end project management of LCNI conference. The duties that I undertake are: - Project coordination (coordinate the logistics of the event) - Sales and liaise with existing exhibitors, members as well as build a new portfolio of clients. - Content management. Creating new pages on our webpage and updating existing ones. - Social Media content creation for our Linkedin and Twitter accounts. - Basic website design (basic HTML). - Liaising with the venues, agencies for temporary staff, hotels and logistics companies. - Organising the exhibitor manual with the Health and Safety Manager. - Creating and managing the event's running sheet. - Use of Cvent for managing and coordinating the bookings. - Operations management during the build days, conference days and breakdown - Coordination of Welcome drinks reception.
