Obtaining my Masters Degree in Human Resource Management is a significant achievement for myself, and while this entailed the completion of many different projects, it has allowed me the ability to develop my skills and success in Human Resources and Personnel Development. My Dissertation focused on The role of Social Media and Networking in the Recruitment and Selection Process. Another project completed was a Management Research Report which focused on Investigating Ways of Improving the Engagement of Temporary Clerical Staff within a Public Health Organization.
