Styling for the ever-talented photographer @eva_lili. Model: Maisie Jane @obscure.romantic Taking the original inspiration board, I always try to source as many garments as I can from things that I or my housemates already own. I then start to piece things together, using myself as a model. Any items that pop into my head I try to source from vintage or charity shops. I find that there's always an interesting story with garments I use for a shoot, for example with this shoot, I found the pearl choker in this tacky fancy dress shop and I instantly fell in love with it and knew it would be perfect for the shoot. The green crocodile shoes are all the way from a teeny charity shop in North Wales and were originally made in Italy. I love knowing details like that. Garments with a story can bring another layer of meaning to an image.
