Make Safe Happen

Make Safe Happen is in its third year of raising awareness and providing actionable tips/advice to parents and caregivers to help reduce childhood accidents in and around the home (which continues to be the #1 cause of death in children). During Child Passenger Safety Week (September 23-29) and National Seat Check Saturday (September 29) we have the opportunity to educate parents and care givers about how to prevent heatstroke in and around their vehicles and to promote National Seat Check Saturday. We were tasked with creating at least four social cards that will convey safety advice relevant for vehicular heatstroke and car seat safety without scaring parents. We presented advice in ways that are easy to understand, and provide relatable moments to keep parents engaged/motivated to use these tips with their children.
