From the comfort of home and fashion at John Lewis, I suddenly found myself in the world of food. And it wasn't just any food, it was... well, you know how that saying goes. It was delicious. Perhaps even a little 'jammy'. Ok, enough with the dad jokes. I'm definitely not a dad.In this incarnation, I managed the design of thousands of skus within the M&S portfolio.The truth is that there is an awful lot of effort and co-ordination involved in bringing a piece of packaging from an idea to something on a shelf.So many things need to be considered - flavour cues, illustration vs photography, copywriting, naming, legislation etc. Despite all of that M&S was a wonderful company to work for and I enjoyed being a cog in that big wheel.
