I worked with the product development manager to coordinate raw materials and fabrics, with technical packs, for sample production. I oversaw the linesheet and updated the document with the latest changes and amendments. Using DHL and local couriers, I organized deliveries between factories and the studio with materials, trims, the specification sheet and amendment notes. I kept track of deliveries and chased manufacturers for samples, using a live sample tracker. I worked alongside the production team to organize materials and keep inventory stock updated and organized. All invoices and pro-formas were logged by myself that was then reviewed by the Line manager. On occasion, I would do factory runs to ensure samples were delivered and production notes were clearly communicated. I kept raw materials organized which included an assortment of fabric swatches and lap dips.
