'Material properties' interrogates the idea of creating new edible materials from disposed organic matter. I reused red peppers’ skin, which is usually disposed by people who are intolerant to it; and created new food vessels and containers. The unsustainability of the food industry is affecting our daily lives. How to make people become more conscious and think about reusing organic material for future products?
