Matt Davis is an Artist and Designer based in the UK. His current body of work marks society in the information age and is concerned with a post-contemporary aesthetic in the form of hyper-real vessels. “Are these renders…?” ‘Hyper-real’ ceramics demand hyper-real photography and art direction. The images are stark and graphic, and force the viewer to question whether what they’re seeing is real.
